2HA Olaszrizling, 2013
129.00 DKK Including Sales Tax
It is the standard of the Balaton, the most prevailing grape type of the area.
As all of the 2HA wines this was matured in wooden barrels as well. The 225-liter barrels are partially new, partially old.
The final product spent 10 months in the barrels and stayed for another 3 months in steel tanks so that self-purification could have occurred. Even though it is a white wine, it is bottled without clarifying and filtering. The winery is taking the risk so that they could have as full flavors as possible.
It became a serious wine with a rich taste but it goes down well.
